Steel Structural Forman

We are seeking an experienced Steel Structural Foreman to supervise and coordinate steel structure works on construction sites. The ideal candidate will lead a team of steel workers, ensuring proper installation, quality control, and adherence to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide a team of steel workers on-site.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor steel structure installation activities, including steel framing, supports, and connections.
• Ensure all steel works are executed as per approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and other trades for smooth workflow.
• Conduct inspections, verify measurements, and ensure proper alignment and structural integrity.
• Enforce safety compliance and safe working practices on-site.
• Maintain records of work progress, material usage, and daily reports.
• Assist in resolving technical issues related to steel structure installation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in steel structure works, preferably in building or industrial construction.
• Proven experience as a foreman or supervisor in steel installation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and AutoCAD plans.
• Strong knowledge of steel materials, fabrication, welding, and installation methods.
• Excellent team management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and safety regulations is a plus.
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.
