Position: Steel Structure Construction Site Engineer (DM Approved)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: Minimum 2–3 Years

Requirements:

• Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved for construction projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in steel structure construction and site engineering.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of steel structure erection, construction methods, and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Familiar with safety, quality, and DM standards in construction.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients, consultants, and site teams.
• Immediate joiners or short notice preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise steel structure erection and on-site construction activities.
• Ensure work is executed according to DM-approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor safety, quality, and progress on site.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight issues to project management.
• Assist in resolving technical and structural issues during construction.
• Manage site material, manpower, and subcontractor activities.
