Position: Steel Structure Design Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Requirements:

• Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved – Technical for Construction (not Design).
• G+12 Approved by Dubai Municipality.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in steel structure design and detailing.
• Strong knowledge of steel connections, member sizing, load calculations, and detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Tekla, and MS Office.
• Ability to prepare shop drawings, design calculations, and material specifications.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with consultants, clients, and site teams.
• Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review steel structure design drawings, calculations, and reports.
• Provide technical support during design, fabrication, and erection stages.
• Coordinate with consultants and Dubai Municipality for technical approvals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and structural standards.
• Conduct site visits to verify design implementation and resolve issues.
• Work closely with the construction and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage revisions, modifications, and authority submissions as required.
