Job Summary

We are hiring a skilled Steel Structure Engineer with strong knowledge in AutoCAD and the ability to prepare and review connection drawings for steel structure projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring technical accuracy, smooth project execution, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and finalize fabrication, erection, and connection drawings using AutoCAD.
• Perform structural analysis and ensure compliance with international codes and UAE standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams for approvals and technical support.
• Provide guidance to fabrication and site teams regarding connection details.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to resolve technical issues.
• Support estimation and project departments with design clarifications.
• Prepare technical reports, method statements, and documentation for authority approvals.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and timeline requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in steel structure engineering.
• Expert in AutoCAD (fabrication and connection drawings are mandatory).
• Knowledge of STAAD Pro, Tekla, or similar structural software is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of international codes (AISC, BS, IS, or equivalent).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
