Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Steel Structure Supervisor to join our team immediately in Ras Abu Fontas, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising steel structure fabrication and erection activities while ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise steel structure fabrication and erection works
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively
• Ensure work is completed according to project drawings and specifications
• Monitor and enforce safety compliance on site
• Report daily progress to project management
• Maintain quality standards and project schedules

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in steel structure supervision
• Currently available in Qatar
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience coordinating site activities and workforce
• Ready for immediate joining
