Steering Committee Secretary (Leadership Office)

Role Overview
Support the Leadership in managing steering committee governance across major projects. This role is focused on structuring executive reporting, driving follow-ups, and ensuring decisions are tracked and executed.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage steering committee meetings (agenda, inputs, scheduling)

Prepare concise executive reports covering cost, progress, risks, and key issues

Record minutes and track decisions, actions, and ownership

Follow up with project teams to ensure timely closure of actions

Ensure consistency in reporting standards across projects

Support governance processes and internal reviews where required
Requirements
-
Degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business
-
8–15 years’ experience in construction (main contractor or developer)
-
Background in Planning, Cost Control, PMO, or Finance
-
Exposure to large/complex projects
-
Strong reporting, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
-
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
Profile

Arabic speaker preferred
-
Saudi nationals preferred (open to others)

Sharp, structured, and comfortable working with senior leadership
