The Role

We're looking for experts with PhDs in STEM subjects (Computer Science, Statistics, Mechanical Engineering, Maths, Physics, etc.) to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. You must be comfortable narrating your approach to solving complex problems. Selected experts will be paid up to $150/hr per AI task completed. Tasks require one hour of uninterrupted work.

What You'll Bring

• A PhD (or PhD candidacy) in a STEM field (Statistics, AI/ML, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related)
• Strong subject matter expertise and ability to work through complex, technical problems
• Experience with or strong interest in AI/ML (bonus)
• Willingness to narrate your thinking out loud
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, fast internet connection and access to a computer
• A PayPal account to receive payments
  
  

What You'll Be Doing

• Working through complex STEM problems while narrating reasoning process out loud
• Screen-recording your approach
• Reviewing and evaluating AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and reasoning quality
• Comparing multiple model answers and selecting/justifying the best response
• Writing improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback
