STEM Instructor

Do you have a passion for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) and a knack for inspiring young minds?

We are seeking a charismatic and experienced instructor to join our STEM team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future generation of innovators and problem-solvers.

Your Job Responsibilities include but are not restricted to

• Delivering STEM based robotics & coding curricula
• Attending to individual student needs and demonstrating an awareness of different student backgrounds and cultures.
• Communicating regularly with parents, when needed.
• Providing extra support to students who need it.
• Monitoring student growth to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Using learner data to constantly refine your curriculum.
• Assessing the student feedback and developing an action plan to improvise
• Documenting and Reporting student progress and charting out pathways for future development.
• Develop and implement engaging and effective curriculum for all STEM programs, aligned with national standards
• Oversee the daily operations of the STEM program, ensuring a smooth and efficient learning environment.
• Stay current on the latest trends and advancements in STEM education.
• Foster a love of learning and a growth mindset in students of all ages and abilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelors' / Masters' degree in Engineering / CS .
• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching STEM programs including coding / robotics
• Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging and age-appropriate STEM curriculum.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to inspire a love of learning and critical thinking in students.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in using educational technology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 per month
