Position Title: STEM Instructor

Position Summary
The STEM Instructor is responsible for planning and delivering engaging Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) lessons to primary school students. The role focuses on developing students' critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, collaboration, and innovation skills through hands-on activities, experiments, projects, coding, robotics, and inquiry-based learning.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Learning
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate STEM lessons aligned with the school's curriculum and learning objectives.
- Introduce students to fundamental concepts of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics through practical and interactive activities.
- Conduct hands-on experiments, engineering challenges, coding activities, and robotics sessions.
- Encourage inquiry-based learning, innovation, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Integrate technology and digital tools into classroom instruction.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
Student Development
- Foster curiosity, teamwork, communication, and critical thinking among students.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage participation in STEM-related projects, competitions, exhibitions, and events.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Assessment & Reporting
- Assess student performance through projects, practical activities, observations, and assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of student achievement and progress.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate student development to parents and school administration.
Classroom & Resource Management
- Maintain STEM laboratories, equipment, robotics kits, coding devices, and learning materials.
- Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of STEM resources.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines during practical activities and experiments.
Collaboration & Professional Development
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate STEM concepts across different subjects.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Stay updated with emerging STEM trends, educational technologies, and teaching methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or relevant educational qualification preferred.
- Knowledge of STEM education, robotics, coding, and project-based learning.
- Prior teaching experience in a primary school setting will be an advantage.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechatronics, Robotics, Education, or a related STEM field.
- Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior teaching experience in a school environment will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Knowledge of coding, robotics, engineering design, STEM activities, and educational technology is preferred.

- Familiarity with robotics platforms, coding tools, and STEM learning kits.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for young learners.
