STEM / Robotic Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach school students and teachers in Arduino programming, electronics, robotics, AI, 3D printing, and other emerging technologies.
• Mentor students on project development, offering hands-on technical guidance.
• Manage and maintain STEM/Robotics lab inventory and documentation.
• Collaborate with the Innovation and R&D team to design and develop educational products and STEM kits.
• Contribute to curriculum development, training material creation, and conduct technical workshops.
• Participate in product development initiatives for new STEM learning tools and modules.
• Required Skills:
• Strong understanding of Arduino and Embedded Systems
• Exposure to IoT, Robotics, Microcontrollers, and project-based learning
• Sound knowledge of basic electronics engineering
• Familiarity with 3D printing technologies and tools
• Proficiency in programming (C/C++, Python preferred)
• Hands-on experience in product development and prototyping
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and mentoring skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

• MSc/B.Tech/BE in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Science Engineering
• Relevant experience in STEM training, robotics education, or technical mentoring for 1 + year to 5 years.
• Willingness to travel or relocate as per project requirements across India.
• Passion for teaching and technology with a strong practical approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
