STEM & Sustainability Educator

We're Hiring: Future Skills (STEM) & Sustainability Educator | MRIS - 51, a boutique school

Are you passionate about innovation, sustainability, and future-ready education? Do you enjoy working with young minds and inspiring them to solve real-world problems creatively? MRIS-51 is looking for a dynamic Future Skills and Sustainability Educator to lead our Tinker Shala (Grades I–V) and Maker Shala (Grades VI–X) programs.

📍 Location: On-site, Gurugram

🕒 Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in STEM, Innovation, or Design Thinking roles

🎓 Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech (Electronics, Civil, Engineering or related fields)

📅 Joining: Immediate

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in teaching or facilitating STEM, design thinking, and sustainability projects
• Is comfortable working with tools and platforms like Raspberry Pi, Arduino, and other maker-tech
• Brings energy and curiosity into the classroom, inspiring students to think critically and creatively
• Can build real-world industry linkages for students to solve practical challenges
• Is passionate about future skills, green technologies, and driving meaningful innovation at the school level
• Works well with both younger (Grades I–V) and older students (Grades VI–X), adapting their teaching style as needed
• Collaborates with teachers across disciplines to integrate future-skills into the broader curriculum
