Role: STEM Teacher
We are seeking experienced tutors or educators in Math and/or Science to lead small group targeted tutoring sessions. Teachers will introduce and reteach concepts and collect data on academic and behavioral performance.

Responsibilities

• Teach small-group or 1:1 online tutoring sessions in Math/Science.
• Collect data on student performance.
• Adapt instruction to meet individual student needs.
• Communicate student progress and recommendations to case managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Education, or related field (advanced coursework if still in college is acceptable).
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience strongly preferred.
• Strong subject knowledge in middle/high school Math (Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Calc, Calculus) and/or Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics).
• Familiarity with behavioral management and motivation strategies is a plus (training provided).
• Excellent communication skills, reliability, and professionalism.
• Chinese/Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Must be able to provide an unofficial transcript or proof of coursework.

Compensation

• Part-time, flexible hours.
• Competitive hourly rate ($25–$40/hr depending on experience and qualifications).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
