Stem/Robotics Teacher

Position: STEM/RoboticsAllen East Local Schools located in Allen County, Ohio (9105 Harding Highway Harrod, Ohio) has an opening for a STEM teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. The teacher must have a background in the STEM disciplines. Allen East will be flexible with candidates and help them become credentialed. Preference will be given to a teacher certified in STEM, mathematics, science, technology or a related field.

A candidate with Career Technical Education (CTE) certification is preferred not required. Candidates with private sector experience are encouraged to apply.Allen East recently opened a $2 million STEM lab with over 3,000 square feet that includes a robotics lab, green screen room, and maker space lab.Candidates should be knowledgeable about the principles of engineering, programming/coding and working with robotics. Allen East has close ties to Honda who help students build and develop manufacturing robots, and industrial automation projects. Students also participate in robotics competitions, which come with a Supplemental Contract.
