- Support CDP to ensure the section is run to the specified service levels in accordance with jtg SOP’s and standards.
- Ensure all workstations and section areas are cleaned down as per jtg specifications to ensure adherence of all government and regulatory requirements in food safety, hygiene and equipment maintenance.
- Follow internal HSSE programs especially regarding product and service levels, and general cleanliness to exceed jtg and governmental guidelines.
- Handle all kitchen equipment with utmost care. Ensure at all time to use the right chemicals as prescribed by health and safety norms. Inform the Head Chef / Sous Chef of any breakages or potential shortages of crockery, glasses, and equipment.
- Work closely and communicate effectively with other team members to promote good teamwork and efficient operations.
- Good communication skills in English both verbal and written preferred.
- Ideally experienced in a similar role for a minimum of a year
