What You’ll Do:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all kitchens and back-of-house areas
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and workstations
• Ensure proper waste disposal and adherence to food safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a reputed hotel or restaurant brand
• Basic understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices.
