We are looking for an experienced Stewarding Manager to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.

Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt's expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.

Your Role

As the Stewarding Manager, you'll oversee stewarding operations to ensure cleanliness and smooth workflow across kitchen and service areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage stewarding operations to ensure cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards
• Supervise the stewarding team and schedule shifts
• Ensure proper handling of equipment and supplies
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to support smooth operations
• Monitor inventory and maintain sanitation standards
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen operations, with supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
• Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment
• Good organization and communication skills
