We are looking for an experienced Stewarding Manager to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.
Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt's expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stewarding operations to ensure cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards.
- Supervise the stewarding team and schedule shifts.
- Ensure proper handling of equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to support smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory and maintain sanitation standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen operations, with supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organization and communication skills.
