Stewarding Manager

We are looking for an experienced Stewarding Manager to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.

Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt's expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage stewarding operations to ensure cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards.
• Supervise the stewarding team and schedule shifts.
• Ensure proper handling of equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to support smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory and maintain sanitation standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen operations, with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organization and communication skills.
