Stewarding Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated Steward Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the stewarding operations to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth support for the culinary and food & beverage teams.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily stewarding operations and allocate tasks effectively.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals.
• Train, support, and motivate stewarding associates to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and F&B teams to ensure smooth service operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in stewarding, with supervisory responsibilities, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and support a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
