You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all cleaning activities in kitchens and food preparation areas to the highest standards to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.

You will be joining a dedicated beach team and will report directly to the Beach Club Management team.

You’ll also train and monitor stewards in the correct usage of chemicals and handling techniques.

You’ll liaise with chefs on maintaining all areas of the kitchens, such as machinery, kitchen equipment, floors and fridges.

You will monitor and record breakages, par stocks, re-ordering and distribution of all attic stock.

Along with your main duties you may be asked to complete other tasks as and when necessary and reasonably required.

You may on occasion be required to adjust your hours of work to cover the beach club needs.

You acknowledge that working in beach club operations involves exposure to heat and sun, operating under pressure, and requires standing and walking for long periods of time.
