Stitching Machine Technician

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Stitching Machine Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial stitching/sewing machines to ensure smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair stitching/sewing machines
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and carry out timely repairs
• Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance
• Ensure machines are operating efficiently with minimal downtime
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve machine-related issues
• Maintain maintenance logs and service records
• Ensure workplace safety and proper machine handling

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Stitching Machine / Sewing Machine Technician
• Knowledge of industrial stitching machines (Juki, Brother, Singer, etc. – if applicable)
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Basic understanding of production workflows
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical certification or relevant diploma
• Experience in garment, textile, or manufacturing industry
