STNA's CNA's, Caregivers!!

We are seeking RELIABLE, HARDWORKING, COMPASSIONATE and DEDICATED, Caregivers and STNA's, to provide essential care and assistance to our clients in nursing homes, independent living, assisted living and home environments. If this is you, We want YOU to join our Team.

Qualifications - Caregivers are expected to:

• Assist clients with daily living activities (ADL's) including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming and personal care.
• Meal preparation.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and any changes in health status.
• Assist with and ensure safe ambulation and transferring.
• Provide companionship to clients to promote mental well-being.
• Engage the clients.
• Medication Reminders.
• Light Housekeeping.
• Support clients with dementia related behaviors, sometimes difficult during daily engagement.
• Document Care Provided to keep families in the know.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality and privacy.
• Dress in Scrubs AT ALL SHIFTS (non-negotiable).
• No personal cell phone use during shifts (non-negotiable).

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE a valid Active State of Ohio STNA License.
• MUST be able to provide Male and Female Personal Hygiene Care.
• Proficient with care plans and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Knowledge of Alzheimer’s care and memory care techniques.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently when assisting clients.
• A compassionate attitude towards providing care for individuals in need is crucial.
• Must have Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must pass a drug test.
