Stock Associate

We are seeking dependable, organized, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Stock Associates. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting efficient store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a Stock Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring merchandise is received, organized, stocked, and readily available for customers while helping maintain a safe and efficient workplace.

About the Role

You will assist with receiving shipments, organizing inventory, stocking merchandise, and supporting overall store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Shipment Processing

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
• Inspect merchandise for damages, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Sort, label, and organize inventory in stockrooms and storage areas.
• Prepare merchandise for placement on the sales floor.

Stocking & Merchandising

• Stock shelves, displays, and racks accurately and efficiently.
• Replenish merchandise to maintain product availability.
• Ensure products are properly priced, labeled, and displayed.
• Assist with promotional displays and seasonal merchandise changes.

Store Operations & Support

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom environment.
• Assist with inventory counts, audits, and stock checks.
• Support sales floor operations and assist customers when needed.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and inventory control standards.
