Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Stock Associate to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our store organized, fully stocked, and running efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and well-presented retail space.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming deliveries of wine, spirits, and related products
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays in an organized and visually appealing manner
• Rotate inventory to ensure proper product freshness (FIFO method)
• Maintain Stockroom organization and ensure accurate inventory storage
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking needs
• Keep the store clean, including floors, shelves, and storage areas
• Break down boxes and manage recycling/trash
• Assist customers with locating products when needed
• Support team members and help during busy periods

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes (up to 40–50 lbs regularly)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Previous retail or stock experience is a plus, but not required
