Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and unpack incoming shipments
• Organize and stock merchandise efficiently on shelves or storage areas following merchandising standards
• Conduct regular inventory checks using inventory management systems to ensure accuracy
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including labeling, packing, and preparing items for dispatch
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to promote safety and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols

Skills

• Strong knowledge of inventory management techniques and control procedures
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stock counting and placement
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse team members and customers
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist customers when necessary
• Familiarity with warehouse safety standards, shipping & receiving processes, and general maintenance tasks
