Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Stock Controller & Procurement Executive with strong Food & Beverage industry experience to manage inventory, purchasing, supplier coordination, and stock control operations across our outlets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in restaurant or café operations and be capable of maintaining accurate inventory records while ensuring timely procurement of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily stock movement across outlets and central stores.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Handle procurement of food, beverage, packaging, and operational supplies.
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, negotiations, and timely deliveries.
• Ensure proper stock levels are maintained to avoid shortages or wastage.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries and invoices.
• Track food cost, wastage, and consumption reports.
• Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams regarding stock requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and hygiene standards during storage and handling.
• Maintain proper documentation for procurement and inventory processes.
• Work closely with finance and operations teams for stock reconciliation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Stock Control and Procurement within the F&B or hospitality industry.
• UAE experience in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality groups is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procurement procedures.
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory software/POS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple outlets.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience with premium café or restaurant brands.
• Knowledge of food costing and inventory analysis.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
