Stock Controller - Restaurant Group

The Coffee Lab, Port Rashid, Dubai is looking for an experienced stock controller to manage all operational and foodstuffs in our restaurant group.

Products include: Coffee Equipment, Food Ingredients, Disposable Goods, Finished Food Products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transfer of Items: Oversee the transfer of items between different storage locations, ensuring items are correctly recorded and managed in the system.
• Monitoring Use of Items: Regularly monitor and track the consumption of goods and products, identifying trends and potential shortages.
• Order Placement: Place orders for merchandise to replenish stock levels as needed, ensuring continuous availability without overstocking.
• Inventory Audits: Coordinate and conduct regular physical inventory counts and audits to verify the accuracy of stock records.
• Inventory Records Management: Maintain and update inventory records, including logging daily shipments, returns, and discrepancies.
• Storage Oversight: Supervise the storage conditions for all products, especially fragile items, ensuring items are stored in appropriate environments to prevent damage.
• Supplier Evaluation & Negotiation: Evaluate suppliers' offers, compare prices, and negotiate the best possible deals to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Inventory Reporting: Prepare and present inventory reports to management, highlighting key metrics such as stock levels, turnover rates, and reorder points.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all products stored in the warehouse meet quality standards and perform regular checks for damaged or expired goods.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams to optimize inventory management and streamline operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
