Responsibilities

• Efficiently load, unload, and organize incoming shipments using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
• Maintain accurate inventory control through regular stock counts and updates using inventory management systems.
• Stock shelves with produce, grocery items, or retail merchandise while adhering to merchandising standards.
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely delivery and distribution of products.
• Support store maintenance tasks including cleaning, packaging, and organizing storage areas to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers in locating products and answering questions in multiple languages if needed.
• Collaborate with team members on retail math calculations for pricing, stock levels, and sales goals to optimize store performance.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of inventory management techniques and tools such as RF scanners and inventory control systems.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other loading devices safely.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly while maintaining safety protocols.
• Multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse customers and team members.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for stocking, merchandising, and inventory accuracy.
• Proven customer service skills combined with retail sales experience to enhance shopper satisfaction.
