Duties

Receive, unload, and organize shipments using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory placement
Stock shelves with merchandise, including produce, grocery items, and retail products, maintaining proper merchandising standards
Conduct regular inventory control checks to monitor stock levels and identify discrepancies or damages
Assist with shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely product flow in and out of the warehouse or store
Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, aisles, and workspaces to promote safety and efficiency
Support customer service efforts by helping shoppers locate products, answer questions, and provide a positive shopping experience
Perform heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to safety protocols and using proper techniques

Requirements

Previous warehouse experience or retail stocking background preferred but not required; training will be provided
Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners; certification is a plus
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for inventory management and stock accuracy
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse customer needs
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and engaging with customers effectively
Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing manual tasks in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of retail math principles for accurate stock counts and sales transactions
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings as needed

Pay: $22.91 - $27.59 per hour
