Stocker / Customer Service

Schedule: Monday to Friday between 5:30 am and 2:00 pm, and Saturdays from 6 am-11:30 am.

The Stocker / Customer Service - Hard Goods employee is responsible for keeping store well stocked and assists on-site customers to ensure their needs are met. This position is critical to GM Floral Co; the Stocker / Customer Service - Hard Goods employee provides professional and efficient customer service which ultimately impacts repeat business and the profitability of the company. Stocker / Customer Service is expected to identify hard good locations on the floor and the warehouse and as required will pull to complete a customer purchase. As needed Stocker / Customer Service will carry hard good out of branch to assist customers.

  • Thrives in fast paced environment and can maintain a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations
  • Maintains confidentiality of customer information, 100% of the time
  • Follows directions with focused attention
  • Computer knowledge, required
  • Minimum one (1+) yr of floral supply experience in a mass market, retail, or wholesale environment, required
  • Minimun one (1+) yr of customer service or cashier experience, required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.58 per hour

Work Location: In person
