Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Stocker with open availability to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining organized inventory, stocking shelves, and ensuring products are readily accessible for customers and staff. Your energetic approach will help keep our warehouse running smoothly, supporting overall operations and delivering exceptional service. This position offers the opportunity to develop a broad skill set in inventory management, shipping and receiving, and retail support within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments efficiently using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, adhering to safety protocols.
• Stock shelves accurately, ensuring products are properly organized and labeled for easy access.
• Manage inventory control by conducting regular stock counts and updating inventory records using RF scanners.
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including packing areas and storage spaces.
• Support merchandising efforts by arranging products neatly on shelves to maximize sales potential.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting retail staff with product availability and stock inquiries when needed.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and RF scanner technology.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly while maintaining proper ergonomics.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for inventory control.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus to communicate effectively with diverse team members and customers.
• Prior warehouse experience in retail or grocery environments is preferred.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors efficiently.
• Basic retail math skills for stock counting, pricing, and inventory adjustments.
