Stock/Inventory Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Stock/Inventory Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock control, maintaining a clean work environment and supporting overall operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, familiarity with inventory management systems, and the ability to carry up to 50 pounds. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to efficient stock handling, improve product availability, and support customer service excellence.

Duties

• Manage inventory
• Load and unload shipments dolly
• Stock shelves, fridges and storage facilities with merchandise or supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment, including cleaning duties as needed
• Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays and ensuring products are properly presented
• Provide excellent customer service when assisting retail sales or supporting store operations
• Perform heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently during stock replenishment or shipment handling
• Communicate effectively with team members across shifts to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred; familiarity with inventory management systems highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control procedures
• Capable of heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with stocking
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Reliable work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
