Stone Sculptor & Mold Making Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and creative Stone Sculptor & Mold Making Specialist with hands-on experience in stone carving, shaping, and mold formation. The ideal candidate will work on artistic and decorative stone pieces, supporting custom designs and production for premium floral and sculptural arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carve, shape, and sculpt natural stone into artistic and decorative forms
• Create molds (silicone, plaster, fiberglass, or similar) for casting and reproduction
• Translate design concepts, sketches, or references into physical stone pieces
• Ensure high-quality finishing, detailing, and surface treatment
• Work with tools and machinery safely and efficiently
• Collaborate closely with the creative/design team to develop new forms and concepts
• Maintain consistency, precision, and craftsmanship standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in stone sculpting and carving
• Strong knowledge of mold making and form shaping techniques
• Ability to work with natural stone materials and related tools
• Artistic eye with attention to detail and proportions
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Prior experience in artistic, architectural, or decorative projects is a plus
