Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming aluminium accessories and materials.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of materials in the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update the system regularly.
- Issue materials to production or site teams based on approved requests.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for stock replenishment and shortages.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and storage procedures.
- Monitor shelf life and quality of materials to prevent damage or loss.
- Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports.
- Assist in loading and unloading deliveries and maintain cleanliness of the storage area.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Storekeeper in aluminium or construction industry.
- Knowledge of aluminium system accessories (profiles, gaskets, brackets, screws, sealants, etc.).
- Familiar with inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic computer literacy (Excel, Word).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Education:
- Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
