Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Store & Accounts Assistant responsible for billing, purchase entry, stock management, and customer interaction. This is not a sitting job — it involves active participation in store organization, stock movement, and assisting customers directly. The role requires accuracy in data entry, proactive communication, and physical involvement in day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Billing & Accounting Support

  • Prepare and process customer invoices accurately (sales, lease, and service invoices).
  • Enter purchase bills and supplier invoices into the system promptly.
  • Maintain daily transaction records and coordinate with the accounts department for reconciliation.

2. Stock & Inventory Management

  • Update stock entries for incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring proper documentation of movements.
  • Perform physical stock checks and support regular stock audits.
  • Handle arrangement, labeling, and systematic storage of items inside the store.

3. Customer Interaction & Service

  • Attend to walk-in customers and assist with product inquiries or billing.
  • Coordinate with customers for order collection, delivery, and payment follow-up.
  • Ensure a professional and helpful approach while dealing with customers.

4. Store Operations

  • Assist in organizing store layout for easy accessibility and item identification.
  • Unload, arrange, and shift materials as required (includes manual handling).
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the store.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in billing, purchase entry, or stock handling.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, accounting software preferred).
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Physically fit and willing to perform manual work (lifting, moving items, etc.).
  • Positive attitude, teamwork, and responsibility in daily tasks.

Notes:

This position requires physical activity — it involves store handling and customer interaction, not a desk-only job.
Preference will be given to candidates residing near Al Nakheel, Ras Al Khaimah with immediate availability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 per month
