Store Activation Assistant

Job description:



We are looking for an energetic, creative, and customer-focused Store Activation Assistant who will bring our in-store experiences to life. This role is dedicated to supporting and operating our most engaging customer activities — from Charm Bar and Sketch Bar to Henna stations and other seasonal experiences. Your mission is to create memorable moments for our guests, elevate brand perception, and help drive traffic and engagement inside the store.



Key Responsibilities



Customer Experience & Engagement

- Warmly welcome guests and guide them through each activation in a smooth and professional manner.

- Facilitate interactive activities such as charm bracelet assembly, sketching, and etc.

- Ensure high service standards, personalized attention, and a positive customer journey.

Execution & Operations

- Set up and dismantle activation stations according to brand guidelines.

- Maintain cleanliness, order, and an inviting atmosphere within all activation zones.

- Monitor supplies, tools, and materials required for each activity and request replenishment when needed.

- Assist the marketing and store teams in preparing daily activation schedules.

Performance & Team Support

- Report daily activity results, customer flow, and feedback.

- Coordinate with store management and marketing teams regarding operational needs.

- Support additional in-store events, weekend campaigns, and special activations.

Requirements

- Strong communication skills and a naturally engaging personality.

- Creativity and confidence in working with hands-on activities (e.g., charm bracelet assembly, sketching, basic henna designs — training can be provided).

- Customer-service mindset and ability to interact with a diverse customer base.

- Flexibility and reliability — Friday, Saturday, Sunday are mandatory working days.

- Salary: 3,500-4000 AED per month
