Polychem Middle East LLC is a well-established industrial and composite materials supplier in the UAE. We are looking for a reliable Store Assistant to support daily warehouse and inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily store and warehouse operations.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials as per delivery notes.
- Prepare materials for dispatch and ensure timely arrangement for deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, inventory updates, and material movements.
- Support in conducting periodic stock counts and inventory audits.
- Organize and maintain proper storage of materials as per company standards.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for pickups and deliveries.
- Generate and update store-related documents such as GRN, issue notes, and stock reports.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the store/warehouse.
- Assist in any additional warehouse-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (BCom) is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in store/warehouse operations.
- Good understanding of inventory management and stock handling.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP entry knowledge is an advantage).
- Ability to lift and handle materials when required.
- Must be able to communicate in Hindi and Malayalam.
- Organized, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
