Store Assistant

Designation: Stores Assistant / Site Supervisor

Salary: AED 2000 - 3000

Shift time : 7 am to 7 pm OR 7 pm to 7 am (Shift Rotation)

Age: 25-35

Experience: Minimum 2 years Chemical Industry Experience

Notice period : Immediate joining /Accommodation on a sharing basis

Job Description :

· Responsible in receiving & checking of company materials deliveries, duties to check the quantity & quality of items received, as per Purchase Order description & specification required.

· Preparation of Delivery Note, Gate Pass (In / Out), GRN & Material Receiving Report.

· Coordinate with Stores In-charge for Weekly Procurement Delivery Report.

· File maintenance for all outgoing/incoming materials.

· Analyzing the stock variances thoroughly & rechecking the same through proper verification process.

· Supervising labor force for shifting materials in their exact area or location.

· Material Receiving & GRN Posting on Company’s ERP System (if required).

· Monitor Material Inventory and Stocks Availability.

· Monitor the incoming and outgoing of materials, consumables & packing material.

· Maintaining a record of quality works which will be used for the future for production references.

· Arrange & segregate materials in their designated location as per HS Code & Municipality Guidelines as instructed by Stores Manager.

· Daily Routine Store Work i.e. on-site monitoring labour activity, blending, packaging, dispatch & logistics.
