Job Overview

This is a full-time position with daytime hours. Some non-standard work shifts may be required.

Duties & Responsibilities

• This person will communicate with customers to perform the following:
• Process orders
• Answer questions about our products
• Assist in stocking the store
• Perform other related duties, as needed, within the Primary Arms team

• Firearms knowledge/experience A PLUS
• Retail and/or e-commerce experience.
• Knowledge of help desk/case management software, order management systems, interest in firearms.
