Store Associate

We are hiring a Store Associate to join our team in the Cincinnati metropolitan area. The Store Associate’s primary responsibility is working on a team to produce various signage. This process includes setting up graphics for print, producing, and finishing the products. We are looking for a hardworking team player who is good with their hands and will enjoy putting together quality signage for our customers

Store Associate Essential Tasks & Duties.

• Partners with shop manager to ensure timely delivery
• Assists Shop Manager in organizing the shop workforce during regular hours or in an extra hours situation
• Communicates with production and graphics specialists any special instructions, proofs, and shipping info
• Contacts customers with questions on specifications and/or questions regarding print job submitted
• Ensures all project deadlines are met and associated cost budgets are adhered to
• Abides by procedures and techniques
• Ensures that equipment is being properly maintained and upgraded. Recommends new acquisitions that will increases productivity
• Manages inventory and organization of supplies
• Resolves all customer escalations in a professional manner
• Maintain an orderly storefront
• Other duties as assigned
• Maintain a working knowledge of modern typography and trends in graphic design

Store Associate Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a screen printing environment or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
• Ability to take instruction and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to problem solve and adapt to a changing work environment.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks as part of the screen printing process.
