Store Associate

Job Description

Small warehouse in Sarasota is looking for a reliable team member to handle daily shipping, order packing, and inventory organization. This is a hands-on, independent role with flexible hours based on daily workload.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately (forklift experience preferred, but not required)
• Print shipping labels (QuickBooks / shipping software)
• Receive and put away inventory shipments
• Keep work area, warehouse and showroom clean and organized
• Prepare packages for daily carrier pickup

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• Start around 9:00–9:30 AM, End around 4 pm at latest
• Flexible hours (typically 3–7 hours per day)
• Finish when daily work is complete

Requirements

• Must be dependable and show up consistently
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting, standing, moving items)
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy is required
• Ability to lift up to 75 LBs routinely, with occasional items being over 100 LBs

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
