Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs, providing knowledgeable support on products and store services
• Manage inventory control by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting regular stock checks using RF scanners and inventory management systems
• Support shipping and receiving processes by accurately loading and unloading shipments while maintaining proper documentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, storage areas, and produce sections to ensure a safe and inviting environment
• Assist in merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively to maximize sales potential and enhance customer experience
• Handle cashiering duties including processing transactions efficiently while demonstrating strong retail math skills

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or warehouse experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential!
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and stock control
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during stocking or unloading activities
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
