Store Associate, Warehouse & Sales Support

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Store Associate (Warehouse & Sales Support) to join our team. This role supports both our showroom and warehouse operations by assisting customers, preparing orders, organizing inventory, and ensuring materials are ready for pickup or delivery.

The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable multitasking between customer service, warehouse responsibilities, and sales support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and materials.
• Prepare and stage materials for customer pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with stock organization.
• Assist customers in the showroom by helping locate products or directing them to the sales team.
• Support the sales team by checking product availability and preparing materials for orders.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials safely.
• Coordinate with sales and office staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and showroom environment.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines for handling materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling.
• Ability to multitask between warehouse and customer-facing responsibilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills (inventory systems, Microsoft Office).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move materials safely.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
