Store Associate/Stock Associate

Monday - Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Store Associate/Stock Associate to join our team. This role involves maintaining our bin store, stocking bins, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in a warehouse setting. This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in inventory management, merchandising, and customer service within a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels of new merchandise
• Stock bins and organize merchandise efficiently, removing empty boxes from bins throughout the day, and filling new bins with merchandise
• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of the store area and customer restrooms to ensure a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, trash compactor and cardboard baler
• Support merchandising efforts by setting up displays and ensuring products are properly presented.
• Handle heavy lifting as required for stocking and inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control and merchandising.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable with strong work ethic; ability to work independently or as part of a team in a warehouse setting.
• Must be able to work on your feet for 8 hours
• Must be 18+

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
