Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting suitable products and addressing inquiries about product usage and ingredients.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product line and offer professional advice to customers.
- Sales Targets: Actively drive sales and work towards achieving store sales goals. Participate in regular promotional activities and product introductions.
- Store Display and Inventory Management: Ensure that products are displayed neatly and attractively. Regularly replenish and update stock to ensure customers can find the products they need at all times.
- Customer Experience: Provide pre-sale and after-sale services such as product consultations and usage instructions, enhancing the overall shopping experience for customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with customers and follow up regularly to increase repeat purchases and brand loyalty.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations of the store and meet sales targets.
- Market Trends: Stay informed about the latest trends and product developments in the hair care industry to provide customers with fashionable and effective product recommendations.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience. Experience in hair care products, hairstyling, wigor the beauty industry is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build good relationships with diverse customers and offer personalized service.
- Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of hair care products, their usage, and ingredients. Willingness to learn and master the latest product knowledge and offer professional advice to customers.
- Sales Skills: Strong sales skills, with the ability to maintain a positive attitude and meet sales targets even in high-pressure environments.
- Personal Image: Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company’s brand image, helping to build trust with customers.
- Teamwork: Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals.
