Store Customer Advisor

Job Details:


Provide friendly, helpful, and personalized service to every customer visiting the store.

Understand customer requirements and guide them in selecting suitable lenses and optical products.

Clearly explain product features, benefits, and available options to help customers make informed decisions.

Monitor and manage store inventory to ensure products remain stocked and available when needed.

Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance and growth.

Maintain cleanliness, order, and proper presentation of the store to create a welcoming environment for customers.

Follow up with customers regarding quotations, purchases, and repeat orders to improve sales conversion.

Provide basic after sales support and handle customer queries to build long term relationships.

Support daily store operations and ensure smooth customer service flow throughout the day.

Assist in handling customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and polite manner.

Job Experience Requirements


High school diploma or currently enrolled in a university program.

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.

Experience in an optical store will be considered an advantage.

Customer focused attitude with a positive and professional approach.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a target driven environment.

Basic understanding of retail operations and product handling will be an advantage.
