Store Designer

Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in design and project management, with proficiency in various design software and tools. This role will involve collaborating with clients to develop innovative design solutions that meet their needs while adhering to project timelines and budgets. The Designer will play a key role in transforming concepts into visually compelling designs that enhance functionality and aesthetics.

Duties

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.
• Create detailed design plans using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Develop visual presentations using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
• Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and gather necessary information for design execution.
• Prepare contracts and documentation related to project specifications and requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies related to interior design and construction.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors during the renovation or remodeling process.
• Implement lighting design principles to enhance the overall aesthetic of spaces.

Experience

• Proficiency in design software including SketchUp, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D, and Revit is essential.
• Strong understanding of drafting techniques and color theory.
• Experience in interior design, renovation, construction, or lighting sales is preferred.
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage budgets effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,408.69 - $60,707.24 per year
