We are looking for a reliable and experienced Store Executive to manage materials, spare parts, and inventory for our Ready Mix operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling stock, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining records, and supporting site teams with timely material availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts, materials, tools, and consumables
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials as per company standards
- Issue materials to workshop, batching plant, and site teams as required
- Update daily stock levels and maintain accurate records in the inventory system
- Coordinate with procurement for material requests and purchase requirements
- Monitor minimum stock levels and prepare stock replenishment reports
- Handle GRN, material return notes, and documentation accurately
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safe handling of materials
- Conduct periodic stock audits and support year-end audits
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
- Communicate with suppliers, drivers, and internal departments for smooth operations
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
- 5 years experience in storekeeping (Ready Mix)
- Strong knowledge of spare parts, plant equipment, and construction materials
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software
- Good communication and record-keeping skills
- Physically fit and able to handle store operations
- Ready to join immediately (preferred)
