Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
• Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels, conduct regular inventory audits, and coordinate stock replenishment to minimize losses.
• Staff Supervision: Manage and supervise store personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Supplier Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and manage relationships with external departments.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, inventory, and financial transactions, and prepare reports for management.
• Compliance: Ensure the store adheres to all health, safety, and security procedures and regulations.
• Customer Service: Handle customer complaints and queries, and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience.
• Merchandising: Implement effective merchandising strategies to attract customers and drive sales.
• Financial Oversight: Manage cash handling and store finances, and contribute to achieving sales and financial goals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
