Store In-charge

· Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, supplies, and equipment, and ensure accurate documentation of quantities, specifications, and quality.

· Maintain inventory levels, stock records, and inventory tracking systems to monitor stock movements, identify shortages or excesses, and optimize inventory levels.

· Organize and maintain storage areas, warehouses, and stockrooms to ensure proper storage conditions, accessibility, and safety of materials and equipment.

· Process requisitions, issue materials, and distribute supplies to construction sites, departments, and project teams in accordance with established procedures and schedules.

· Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to support project activities.

· Prepare and maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports of inventory transactions, stock movements, and consumption patterns.

· Generate inventory reports, consumption reports and variance analysis to track inventory levels, usage rates and material costs.

· Conduct quality checks, inspections and audits of materials and supplies to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.

· Identify and report any quality issues, damages, or discrepancies, and coordinate with procurement teams to resolve issues with suppliers.

· Implement security measures, including access controls, surveillance, and inventory tracking systems, to prevent loss, theft, or damage to materials and equipment.
