Report damaged, incorrect, or short supplies to procurement and site management. Ensure proper documentation for each receipt (GRN, MRN). Storage & Documentation Store materials safely as per industry standards to prevent damage, theft, or deterioration. Maintain ledger, bin cards, inventory registers, and computerized stock system. Label items clearly for easy identification and audit readiness. Issuance & Distribution Issue materials to engineers, foremen, or subcontractors based on approved requests. Record all issuances with signatures and maintain traceability. Monitor daily usage to minimize material wastage and pilferage.
